Home to our packaging automation equipment business, the Alexandria Lakes Area offers the best of all worlds: unlimited access to the outdoors, small-town hospitality, and spirit, with big city convenience and opportunities.

Formed by the receding of at least 4 major glaciers nearly 20,000 years ago, Alexandria Lakes Area is blessed with lakes and rivers, forests, meadows, and rolling hills, each contributing to the recreational bonanza enjoyed by residents and visitors alike.

1997 / Founding

Brenton L. Smith started the Aagard Group, LLC. Brent envisioned a system that would integrate engineering with manufacturing.

Cartoner Case Packer Combination Firefly Upscaler 4x scale copy

1999 / First System

First Combination System sold (Cartoner, Casepacker, Palletizer).

2002 / Relocation

Relocated from Carlos to a larger facility in Alexandria, MN.

2004 / Recognition

Provisional Patent granted on Wrap Around Cartoner Technology.

2004 / PMMI

Aagard became a member of PMMI.
