One of the newest systems featured during recent visits is an integrated end-of-line solution combining a corner board placer, top cap placer and tucker, and a fully integrated stretch wrapper. This system is designed to handle unstable loads with high variance, a common challenge in industries where product composition and stack geometry shift from pallet to pallet.

By placing corner boards automatically, securing top caps, tucking flaps, and stabilizing the cube with stretch wrapping, the system improves load containment and reduces risk across shipping and distribution. When integrated with smart conveying and upstream equipment, it becomes a powerful tool for improving pallet quality and reducing manual labor.
