Preventative Care is covered 100% and no deductible applies. For other services, team members pay 20% after the deductible is met. There is also a Health Savings Account (HSA) as a part of the High Deductible Plan.

Aagard provides a coverage for each team member based on 1X salary up to $50,000. This also includes AD&D coverage. Voluntary Life Insurance is available for team members & their family if you choose to purchase additional coverage.

Short-term disability is offered for purchase by the team member. This benefit provides team members who are unable to work due to a disability 60% of their earnings.

Long-term disability is provided for team members who are unable to work due to a disability 60% of their earnings. Benefits begin on the 60th day of disability or when short-term disability ends.
