I like Aagard's value's and focus on teamwork. We have monthly offsite team-building events that are fun to partake in. Our facility is neat, clean, well-lit, and accommodating. Because the packaging equipment we sell is so unique and custom, our fabrication parts are also custom and intricate. Every day is different for us which is great.

At Aagard, we believe an internship should be more than a summer job. It should be a meaningful experience that helps students gain valuable real-world knowledge while exploring their chosen field.

At Aagard, our internship program is designed to provide more than just on-the-job experience. We give students meaningful opportunities to learn, contribute, and grow while gaining exposure to both their chosen field and the professional workplace. As interns return each year, we build on their knowledge and expand their responsibilities to help prepare them for a successful career. Our goal is for every intern to leave with valuable hands-on experience, stronger professional skills, and a clear understanding of what it means to be part of a high-performing team.
