Remote Technical Support is free for the first 90 days after Customer Site Acceptance.  Following the 90-day period, Pre-Paid Remote Technical Support covers technical support and troubleshooting for non-warranty items.  This form of support is usually online, connected to your system’s computer.  This support may also be via telephone, speaking with your technicians to help diagnose a problem related to non-warranty items.  Any Remote Technical Support related to warranty items will not be billable.

Aagard’s standard Remote Technical Support fee is $150/hour, charged in 15-minute increments.  The fee for Pre-Paid Remote Technical Support is $100/hour, also charged in 15-minute increments.  Please consider purchasing a block of time, or providing a standing purchase order with a defined upper limit!
