Job Description
Position Objective:
- To assist in providing a culture that facilitates engineering machine designs that redefine the standard for performance and value.
Primary Responsibilities:

General Responsibilities:
- Adhere to, support and promote the Aagard vision and culture statements

- Perform mechanical design from defined concepts, working with electrical design, controls, assembly, and through the setup and testing of machines.

- Capability of identifying risk areas and the ability to effectively minimize risks through prototyping and preliminary testing.
- Understanding of standard manufacturing tolerances, tolerance stack up, and best value tolerances.
Ability to communicate with a variety of people both verbally and in writing, including presentation skills.
